Preaching since 1977, Doug Couch has degrees in biology (B.S., Freed-Hardeman Univ.), theology (M.A., Amridge Univ.), and graduated in 1979 from what is now the Southeast Institute of Biblical Studies. He has done mission works in Russia, Jamaica, Nicaragua, and Panama.

He has preached for the White Bluff Church (TN) since 1995 and has taught at the Nashville School of Preaching since 2002.

Couch and his wife, Debbie have three daughters and six grandchildren.
